Reconnect

Last night: Played RISK until the wee hours of the night... lost a good friend, who is now a terrible enemy... and managed to make it home for a few hours of sleep before Spanish class -

Lesson learned: don't play board games with people that you will need as friends later in life.

Breakfast this morning:

1 Banana ($ 0.04)
1 Donut - tastes horrible ($ 0.25)
1 Cookie - with a 3 year old drop of strawberry jam ($ 0.25)

I'm still hungry...

Things I learned today in Spanish class:

What a hunk - Que mango
Person like a wet blanket - Aguafiesta

Number of pictures taken recently: 0

See ya space cowboy...

I assume that you are still exhausted from your post. A little non-sensical...

However, it is very exciting to be able to eat a breakfast for under $0.50.

Hope things are still going well down there. Not much new here. Finals have started for me, so my life kinda sucks right now. But in 15 days, it will all be over.

On the brighter side, I got a PS3. OUTSTANDING!!! That is all I can really say. You will have to see it to believe it.

Praying for ya man!! Looking forward to seeing you sometime.

FYI - Mom's bday was on Monday - July 28. I failed to remind everyone this year (sorry), so no one called her (please call ASAP). Guess I better remember to remind next year... Hope you're doing well. It was great to talk to you the other day. I miss you and love you lots.

A reminder not to become entangled in a land war in Australia. With Giorgios.

Okay, I'm not going to lie. I did sort of forget about you for a little while but I figured consistent mark is probably still in Guatemala, at least until someone comes to bring him back to the states (Christy more than likely).
The only thing that you have missed since you left Charlotte is me winning the SC Powerball lottery for $96.7 million. Try and keep that on the DL if you can.
I don't know if Dave is writing you but he is back from overseas in one piece.
John Hamilton would be proud that you conquered Australia. Keep up the good work.

Justin,
Careful about the powerball stuff, the FARC will think you're serious and target him.

We took RISK to Russia, taught it to graduate physics students, who stayed up till 5 am night after night. We made them read John's Gospel first, before breaking out the game. 2 of them almost flunked out because of us Americans. 1 got baptized by the Orthodox. Not sure what we accomplished. But taking Australia is a great way to start!
